I've been helping Eric in the morning move the cattle to different paddocks. There are two herds which must be moved twice each day. These grass fed cows are a unique find and Eric has taught me why. Eric explained that corn fed animals have an imbalance of Omega 6 fatty acid. Too much Omega 6, my friends, is a factor that leads to heart disease. By grass feeding his cows, Eric maintains their natural balance of Omega fats and as a result his cattle are much healthier for human consumption.

Not to mention, by grass feeding his animals, they live a comfortable life grazing outside. He gives them room to roam and, consequently, they live with minimal stress. (Stress free cows are actually much less common than you might suspect. You may be surprised at what you find if you read up on the subject.)
